As of March 3, 2017 I’ve decided to go back to the Asylum! It’s going to be crazy ya’ll! I got in such great shape 4 years ago doing this same program and I really enjoyed it. You don’t have to be a professional athlete to do these workouts but you can certainly train, look and feel like one in just 30 days!
Here’s a look at what’s in store for me once again.
TIME TO PUSH PLAY!!! I do these workouts at my local gym as I like the environment there. I purchased a 19″ TV/DVD combo and I take it with me and set it up at the gym. I feel like I’m the hardest working one there. I certainly am the sweatiest!

March 3, 2017 – Started Insanity Asylum Vol 1.
- A family member had to have some surgery so had to take 2 weeks off and start over.
April 5, 2017 – Started Inanity Asylum Vol 1 with a workout partner this time..
May 13, 2017 – Completed Insanity Asylum Vol 1.
May 15, 2017 – Started Insanity Asylum Vol 2.
June 24, 2017 – Completed Insanity Asylum Vol 2.
June 26, 2017 – Started Inanity Asylum Vol 1 & 2 Hybrid.
