Meet Stacey! She was “MyNoQuitters” 10-Minute Trainer Challenger! Stacey was looking to really tone up her arms while slimming down her core and showing off her abs. She took pics every 30 days to show her progress to show that you really can change just by working out for just 10 minutes a day. After each week she wrote a post on here that talked about her fitness journey with the 10-Minute Trainer workout series.

Beachbody was looking for one man and one woman to work out side-by-side with celebrity trainer Tony Horton, in his next 10-Minute Trainer workout video! We asked; “Do you have what it takes to transform your body with 10-Minute Trainer?” Enter now for the chance to appear on the big screen next to the pioneer of extreme transformations!
Here’s what you’ll need to do:
- Work out with 10-Minute Trainer for 60 days by March 21, 2013.
- Submit your day 1, 30, and 60-day photos.
- Optional video submission to further show off your amazing transformation.

MY 10-MIN TRAINER JOURNEY
Week 1 Update – Jan 14 – 20, 2013 – Week one of 10-Minute Trainer completed! Wow, I really underestimated how much 10 minutes can make you sore! On Monday I did the trainer mode and I was sore for the next two days! Tuesday I did yoga, which totally tested my flexibility. Throughout the week I kept a very strict diet of vegetables, protein, chicken for my meat, and fruit throughout the day at work. That is the hardest part for me. I took free days Saturday and Sunday which I shouldn’t have. This week my goal is going to stick with it every day! No pain no gain! The only way I will succeed is to push play every day and stay on track even after a long day’s work. After the first two days I can feel a difference. I felt lighter and slimmer already. I can’t wait until I can start to see a difference. Bring it on week 2!!
Week 2 Update – Jan 21 – 27, 2013 – Week 2 tackled! This week I stayed more on track and felt better about my results. I added a lot more cardio into my workouts and mixed it with some total body, abs, and lower body and I was way more sore than what I was doing the week before. When I’m sore, I know I’m pushing my body and getting results instead of going through the motion when I’m working out. I feel more energized and find myself eating healthier. I rest my body when I feel drained and hit it hard the next day. My goal was to push play even when I work 8 hours and take care of my kids. I can’t wait to show off my 30 days photos! I know my body is slowly transforming just by pushing play 10 minutes a day!!
Week 3 Update – Jan 28 – Feb 3, 2013 – Week 3….this week was rough for me. I really struggled with my diet and had a lot of cheat meals that I feel pushed me back. I still mixed cardio in with my workouts and pushed play every chance I got. To see results, its 80% diet, 20% workout. They don’t lie when they say abs are made in the kitchen! Week 4 I’m going to work on my diet to stay on track and show off my 30 day results. I know that if I still push play, I’m still making progress!!
Week 4 Update – Feb 4 – Feb 10, 2013 – 30 days completed! I think week 4 was the easiest for me (I think because I knew I had to take my 30 day photos hehe)! I did a great job eating cleaning and pushing play! I really pushed my body to the limit this week with each 10 minute video I did. I did a burnout, so I went until time was up, or my body gave out on me. Its amazing just doing Tony’s workout only 10 minutes a day and how tired you feel after. My energy level at work has increased and I feel AWESOME! I cant wait to see my 30 day results! Here they come!!
Week 5 – 7 Update – Feb 11 – Feb 17, Feb 18 – 24 & Feb 25 – March 3, 2013 – This is my recap for the past couple weeks. I have really cracked down on my diet. No alcohol, no processed food, and NO FAST FOOD! Not only have I been watching what I’m eating but I am also watching portion size. At work the other day I was feeling really uncomfortable. I couldn’t figure out why. Then I realized….MY PANTS WERE TOO BIG!! OMG! These past couple weeks not only have I seen my number change on the scale but every single pair of my work pants that I have don’t fit me anymore! Looks like it’s time to go shopping!! I do my TMT on lunch and when I get home from work. I absolutely love coming home and pushing play. It is no longer a chore to get in shape, I am making it a lifestyle! The cool thing is, I can go to the gym on lunch and conduct my own TMT because I just about have the DVD’s memorized! Lol A couple more weeks in this challenge! I won’t give up and keep PUSHING PLAY!
